1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup (1stick) butter or margerine
2 cups cornbread, crumbled
2 cups yellow squash, cooked
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
Poultry seasoning or sage to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté onions in butter. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.
